Cala Pregonda (Menorca) – located on the north coast of Menorca, this lengthy beach has reddish gold sand and pink rocks, with dunes and green field nearby. This is one of Menorca’s better-regarded beaches. With tiny islands just off shore, these waters are calm and protected from strong wings – making this beach ideal for families with small children. Some vacationers also engage in snorkeling and diving here as well. Warning: visitors should bring food, since there are no snack bars or restaurants here.
